The community of Cabo Corrientes is represented by its leading city of El Tuito, only 40 km south of Puerto Vallarta with a border to Bahia de Banderas (see Cabo Corrientes and El Tuito sections). South of Puerto Vallarta, El Tuito can be easily identified by signs coming from Vallarta and Cabo Corrientes.

The Residence Jardín El Tuito is located in the center of this authentic town of 3500 inhabitants, at 600 meters above sea-level, a pleasant climate, in a quiet street, close to the local church and is located in a splendid central spot in town.

The interior and exterior renovation of the residence lasted more than two years.

It was restored entirely by highly competent local artisans. It is worth mentioning that they used regional materials to complement Mexican and French traditions.

The general project philosophy is to present a mix of styles, materials, colors of different yet harmonious objects.

Access to the rooms is by an outside staircase, made by a master craftsman of El Tuito using precious woods of Cabo Corrientes and local bamboo..

Jardin El Tuito Residence is also a creative space, with shimmering paintings and the interior decorated by a talented artist designer from Paris. It also has a weather station, installed on the 150 m2 terrace on the roof of the house; from there you can observe the extraordinary firmament at twilight.

Last but not least, the 400 square-meter garden was created to escape from daily life, to live far from noise and stress, to relax the body and the soul.

The creation of a 15 meter long pool, (no chlorine) allows one to swim in privacy in the midst of distinct exotic palms, tropical banana plants, and a small desert garden.
